August 20-23, 2008: Portland CityFest with Luis Palau NGA’s Extend the Impact Conference at Portland City Fest attracted more than 70 evangelists, ministry team members, pastors, and businessmen from around the world. Some of the countries represented include Rwanda, India, Canada, and the U.K. The four-day conference included sessions about:
