On November 22 and 23, thousands of people gathered at the beautiful Prado Gaucho of Parque General San Martín in Mendoza, Argentina to experience Festival Palau Mendoza——a vibrant two-day celebration filled with joy, community, and the life-changing message of Jesus. It was an unforgettable experience, designed for the whole family, with something special for everyone!
From early on each day, families came out with chairs, blankets, and coolers in anticipation of the festival. On Saturday, a children’s festival ensued, where kids laughed and played, enjoying games, inflatables, face painting, clowns, children’s characters, and a play that shared the hope found in Jesus. Parents and children alike were captivated by the story, listening and watching with great attention to the characters.
Meanwhile, a health fair was set up for people in need, offering free primary medical care for children and adults, general and family legal care, CPR courses, barber and hair services, and food and clothing delivery. Those facing challenges like addiction or vulnerable situations found care and support. Every detail reflected the hands and feet of Jesus at work. It was love and compassion in action, offering practical help and eternal hope.
With performances from Redimi2, Ingrid Rosario, Manuel Wirtz, Kike Pavón, and Gaby Bazan, people of all ages sang along to music that lifted up the name of Jesus. Ingrid Rosario led worship both nights before Andrew shared the Gospel, setting the tone for when he took to the stage.
Andrew shared his personal testimony of transformation through Jesus. As he spoke of the abundant life Jesus offers, you could sense hearts opening to the Good News. Thousands responded as he extended the invitation, urging everyone in the crowd to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Our prayer was for ready hearts to receive the Good News, and God answered our prayer!
On Friday night, the festival continued well into the evening as DJ PV and Rodrigo Tapari both performed. Those in attendance didn’t want to leave—it was well past midnight when people began to head home. Thousands of people, young and old, left different from how they arrived.
Praise God for an incredible weekend of connection, joy, and transformation!

The event featured music by Manuel Wirtz, whose blend of humor and charm had everyone singing along, and Lorena Miranda, a finalist from “Singing for a Dream,” who performed “The Goodness of God” with a powerful voice that touched the hearts of all present.
Wendy’s message was both clear and deeply moving, captivating the audience—including those working the event. For 30 minutes, the room was filled with a profound silence as everyone listened intently, drawn in by her story of grace and redemption. Many women were moved, expressing their gratitude and a desire to share the message with others.
After two hours of joy and meaningful interaction, the evening concluded with an atmosphere of gratitude. Several attendees approached Wendy personally to thank her, making it an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
On Wednesday afternoon, Wendy visited the Club Independiente Rivadavia Sports City to speak with the women’s soccer team, their families, and some male lower-league players.
She reminded the players that their past does not define them, emphasizing that each person is unique and special. Drawing from the story of the adulterous woman and the words of Jesus, she highlighted how dignity and grace can transform lives. Her uplifting message focused on each person’s unique value and the transformative power of God’s plans for them.
With the team facing an important match, she encouraged the athletes to trust in God’s plans for their well-being and His purpose for their lives, regardless of the game’s outcome. Sharing her personal testimony of loss and redemption, she spoke about how God brought joy and purpose to her life through the adoption of her youngest daughter, inspiring the players to embrace a future rooted in faith.
The team was grateful for Wendy’s unique message and presented her with a jersey. The event concluded with a group photo to commemorate this special and impactful moment.

Wendy and I just landed in Mendoza, Argentina yesterday. We are so excited to be here to serve people and share the Good News with so many. Mendoza (and our team) needs your prayers!
Our week is packed! Will you take some time to pray over these ministry outreaches? Pray for all the people who will hear the Gospel — pray their hearts are ready to receive God’s free gift of salvation!
From prisoners to government leaders, vulnerable women to business professionals, we will share the Good News with care and compassion. God wants everyone to be saved and to know Him, which is why we always prioritize reaching every sector of society.
The week leads up to the massive, free, family-friendly festival this coming weekend, November 22-23. Pray for the men, women, and children who make their way out to the festival, that everyone who needs to hear about the love of God is there and receptive to the Gospel.
Thank you for standing with us as the Lord leads our team across the globe. We couldn't do this work without you! We will be sure to keep this page updated as the week goes on.
Your partner in ministry,
Andrew Palau (on behalf of Wendy and the team)
